Our Goal

Local children will come together to showcase their entrepreneurial skills to raise money for children's charities at the 1st Annual Great Hope Kids 4 Kids event in Cambier Park this Fall 2020.
The quest of the “Great Hope Kids 4 Kids” event is to intimately involve the children of our community who are entrepreneurs or have made a craft to support a charitable children’s cause of their choice.
The children will get to experience how giving to others less fortunate unveils the kindness and compassion that is in all of us to make a difference in the lives of others. This will support the children of our community as they learn humility and humanity and how they can individually be an inspiration for a changing world.
Funds raised during the event and contributions from sponsors will support these efforts.

Be a Vendor!

How it works:  
Each child makes a craft to sell at their booth. Profits from their sales go towards helping a kids charity of their choice and The Great Hope Foundation. 
It's a contest with Prizes!  
1st, 2nd, and 3rd Place prizes will be awarded to the top 3 earners.
All kids will receive a Vendor Participation Kit filled with goodies. 
Fee:
The cost to participate is $25. Children must first apply and once approved, the fee will be collected.
There are a limited number of vendor booths available, so be sure to apply early.
Any child, age 7-18 is welcome to apply.
Set Up:
Each vendor will receive an 8 ft table and 2 chairs at their station. If you'd like a tent, vendors will have to supply their own and we suggest making sure the legs are weighted. We invite each vendor to make their station colorful and inviting.
A Parent or Guardian must be present during the setup, event, and break down.
Set-Up Time: 1 Hour before the event starts.
Event Time: TBA
Breakdown Time: Up to 1 hour after the event ends.
Award Ceremony will happen at the end of the event, before break down.

Application Process

The vendor registration cost is $25 and is due after the vendor application has been approved.  Approved vendors will be contacted via email with instructions for submitting the registration cost.
Video Highlight:  If the parent/guardian gives their permission, we will highlight their child in a short video on our social media platforms.  
Video Guidelines:
30 seconds or less. 
States child's name and age.  
Briefly describe the craft they will be selling.  
State which nonprofit/charity they have chosen to donate their profits to and why that charity makes a difference in kids' lives.

Please join us by sponsoring the 2020 Great Hope Kids for Kids event. The Great Hope Foundation is a registered501(c) (3) non-profit organization, therefore, your donation is tax-deductible. We have included our sponsorship packet for your convenience. We will showcase your brand and support as part of our sponsorship team. November 30th, 2019 is the deadline for sponsorship and advertising opportunities.
