About this Initiative

The Naples restaurant 21 Spices by Chef Asif has joined forces with the Great Hope (Mahaan Aasha) Foundation as an immediate response to the devastating floods in Chef Asif's hometown Hyderabad, India. Together, they have created a charity fundraising program which includes the following:

  • From November 9th to the 15h, the restaurant will donate parts of their revenue from dine-in and take-out  to benefit the victims of the floods in Hyderabad.
  • Special three course charity menu will be available with proceeds benefiting the cause.
  • Online Raffle and Auction- One of the highlights at this raffle is a private cooking class for 12 with Chef Asif (value $750).

 

Chef Asif states " This catastrophe affected us directly since we have family and friends living in Hyderabad. This is my hometown, the place I was born and raised, so I felt that I had to do something to support my fellow countrymen. We are grateful that once again the Mahaan Aasha Foundation is stepping in to help us put this fundraiser together."
